1. Who this applies to

For yacht owners, marinas and service partners (F&B, events…) who wish to list and provide services through the VNYC platform.

2. How cooperation works

List yachts/services with accurate details, photos and availability.
Receive and confirm bookings through the VNYC app.
Payments are processed via the e-wallet with transparent reconciliation.

3. Partner responsibilities

Ensure licences, safety and service quality per regulations.
Keep schedule and pricing accurate; minimise cancellations.
Respect customers and VNYC standards.

4. VNYC responsibilities

Provide the booking platform, payments and operating tools.
Help connect customers and promote listings.
Protect partner data per the Privacy Policy.

5. Commission & payments

VNYC charges a commission on each successful transaction; the specific rate is per the partnership agreement. Partner payouts follow a reconciliation cycle.
